Carbon calculator

My brother has just gone to New Zealand, so I tried to calculate the carbon he'd used. Despite typing in 12,000, I got a message telling me the number must be greater than 0. Can you help?

yep, I think the ',' may be
yep, I think the ',' may be messing with the calculators brain. Try inserting 12000 rather than 12,000.
